Step 1:-
Go to MoGraph – MoSpline
MoSpline – Object – Mode – Turtle
Display Mode – Line

Turtle – Premise – F|A
Rules – A=-F|A

Values – 0 To 15 , Frame 0 To 100
Default Angle – 180
Grow Scale – Uncheck

Take Extrude, Select MoSpline and make a child with Extrude
Extrude – Movement – 0cm , 5cm , 0cm
Extrude tags Delete

Step 2:-
Go to MoGraph – Cloner
Select Extrude and make a child with cloner
Cloner – Mode – Linear
Count – 28
P.Y – 5cm
Select Cloner and rotate -90

Step 3:-
I take Spline Text and type only S Letter, Plane – ZY
Change Font – Arial Black
Height – 180cm
Again I take Extrude, select spline text and make a child with Extrude.
Extrude – Movement – 30cm , 0cm , 0cm
Select Text and go to middle.

Step 4:-
Take Boole
Boolean Type – A intersect B
High Quality – Uncheck

Select Cloner – MoGraph – Effector – Random
Random Parameter – S.Y – 1
Time Offset – 10F

Step 5:-
Go to Simulate – Cloth – Cloth Surface
Select Boole and make a child with Cloth Surface
Cloth Surface – Subdivisions – 0
Thickness – 30cm

Select Cloner – MoGraph – Effector – Delay
Delay – Strength – 80%, Mode – Spring
Go to MoSpline – Effectors Drag & Drop on Delay

After Text Animation I apply cinema 4d light and materials,
