Orientation = -Z

now guys apply Vibrator Tags on Disc

Ampitude – 500 cm = 500 cm = 500 cm
Frequency = 0.5

Enable Rotation – Click on Box
Ampitude – 180, 360, 180
Frequency = 0.5

Now I Select Disc and take Tracer

Limit – From End = Amount – 25

Type – bezier

Intermediate Points – Natural
Number – 3

After That’s I take circle – Radius – 15 cm, also take Sweep

Select Tracer and circle and make a child with a sweep

So Guys if you want to create Polyfx Effect you can take Explosion tool

Strength – 2%

Guys my animation is finished, now I use cinema 4d studio light and materials

After Tha, I take a cube
Cube – SIze – 700cm, 10cm, 2cm

Now I take Cloner
guys select the cube and make a child with cloner

Cloner mode – Linear
Count – 50
Mode – End Point
P.Y – 500cm

Select Cloner and create slid keyframe animation.

Guys I use Random & Shader Effector for creating glitch animation

Guys Copy Cloner and change cube size for more better glitch animation.

Materials –

Guys only take Luminance .. and take 2 material white and black.

Apply White materials on Cloner
And Black Material apply on Background and Motext
