After Effects Stroke Text Animation Tutorial

In this After Effect Tutorial, I will teach you how to create Stroke Text Animation in After Effects CC 2018. This Effect Life Sci-fi Movie Title Animation or effect.

Step 1:-
I create New Composition, Preset – HDTV 1080 29.97, Duration – 20 sec , Background Color – Black.

Step 2:-
Right Click on Comp Take TEXT, Type FX, and Font I use Arial Black. Get Align, Anchor Point Go on mid (Ctrl+Alt+Home)
Right On Text and Pre-comp, rename Like TEXT.

Step 3:-
Again Create New Composition and rename Like Graphics.
Preset – Custom
Width – 500

I Create Stroke using Pen Tool – Fill – None and use only Stroke – 10px.

Now I Create Circle Use Ellipse Tool, Use Only Fill, Stroke – none.
Again Copy Circle, First Circle Align on top stroke and second Circle Apple end of the stroke.

Select Stroke Layer, Unfold Layer Press ADD button – Trim Paths

Frame – 0 – 3 – 6 – 9
End – 0 – 100 – 100 – 0
That’s it.

Step 4:-

Go To main Comp,
select Graphics drag & Drop in Main Comp.
Now Hide All Layer and Graphics Layer make 3D. Click On 3D Box.
After That Guys, I create new Solid Layer and rename (Particle).

Go to Effect or Effects & Presets – use Trapcode Plugin – Particular

Emitter:

Particles/sec – 1500
Emitter Type – Box
All Velocity – 0
Emitter Size – XYZ Individual
Emitter Size X – 700
Emitter Size Y – 500
Emitter Size Z – 1000

Particle:

Particle Type – Textured Polygon
Texture – Layer – Graphics
Size – 50
Size Random – 100

Step 5:-
Layer
1) Text Layer on Top
2) Particle Layer in mid – None to Alpha Matte
3) Graphics Layer in Last

Step 6:-

Use Camera 50mm preset.
Select Camera and Press P For Position
Position Check go to the last position

Frame = 0 – 10sec
Position = -500 – -2000

Step 7:-
Create New Solid Layer and Apply Optical
Change color
